Assalamu Alaikum Dear Parents and Participants, We hope that you are doing well inshaAllah.
This information is in regards to the Pre-Test for the 19th Annual Hifz and Qira'atul Qur'an Competition, which will take place on Saturday Oct 24th, 2026.
Please make note of the following important details:
- Proof of Registration: You must bring a printed copy of the online registration confirmation email you were sent at the time of registration. If you did not receive the proof of registration, please bring proof of payment with you.
- Proof of Age: You must bring any one of the following documents belonging to the participant to verify the date of birth: health card, birth certificate, or passport.
- Timing Expectations: The Pre-Test may take longer than 2–3 hours due to the high volume of participants, so please plan your schedule accordingly.
- Testing Location: All testing for the Girls’ Categories will be held in the High School Building, 431 Nugget Avenue. All the Boys’ will be tested in the Masjid Building, 441 Nugget Avenue.
- For those participating in the Qira’at or Hifz categories, this is a reminder that you will not be permitted the use of a Qur’an during testing.
- For those competing in the Azan category, the Azan must be memorized.
- All participants are requested to adhere to the registration times assigned. Please note that participants who arrive before their registration time will not be tested.
